What You'll Do
As the Grant & Scholarship Manager, you will:
- Administer the Foundation’s grantmaking and scholarship programs from application through award and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with donors, applicants, schools, nonprofits, volunteers, and community partners.
- Ensure programs operate with fairness, accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
- Manage grant and scholarship software systems and reporting.
- Coordinate scholarship selection committees and grant review processes.
- Serve as administrator for the Phillips Charitable Trust.
- Collaborate with the entire Foundation team to support donor services, community initiatives, and organizational success.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to manage confidential information.
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- A genuine passion for serving the community through philanthropy.
- Experience in nonprofit organizations, grants, scholarships, trusts, or community foundations is helpful, but equally important is a desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference.
